I had an above ground screened in porch with a car port below constructed last
Spring. I picked out the material I wanted and designed the room with the help of
the salesman. Near the end of the construction I changed my mind about the
flooring and I asked if could be change it. They were so accommodating. I had to
pay extra for the added labor and for the new material but it was so worth. I had a
dark IPE hardwood floor installed and it turned out gorgeous. We used the
screened in porch all last Summer and we've gotten numerous compliments on
what a beautiful addition it has been to our home. I would highly recommend
NorthCraft Builders to anyone who wants to have an outdoor oasis free of
mosquitoes and bugs.

Northcraft Builders constructed a covered porch for us. Based on our experiences,
we would unequivocally recommend them. Jack, the general manager, was easy to
work with, very knowledgeable, and helped us design exactly the porch that we
wanted. The work done by the crew was exceptional -- we were extremely pleased
with the porch that they constructed. Both Jack and the crew were customer
service oriented and paid attention to the details; as a result the entire project went
well. We priced comparable porches from other recommended contractors, but
found NorthCraft's prices very reasonable.
